Shipping policy

To receive a full refund please note:

• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days

.Merchandise must be in original condition (i.e. unopened, unused, undamaged).

• There are NO refunds on customized merchandise (special requested colors or products customized by the customer)

 • Merchandise will be refunded in the full amount (less S/H charges). • In all cases, contact Pretty Girls Smoke Collection for any further questions.

 

All orders can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states and follow the standard methods available by USPS. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2~6 business days from the time the order is placed. All Priority and Express orders placed will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ship does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~6 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.
